Covid-19 Update
April 27, 2022
During this ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, for health and safety reasons and in accordance with December 2021 Government Covid-19 requirements and public health notice; we kindly ask that all pet owners and visitors to our practice consider wearing a face mask inside the building and to keep a safe distance of at least 1 metre wherever possible from any other person.
Our friendly veterinary team are pleased to continue to provide the same high-quality care for you and your pet.
We politely ask that visitors follow the guidelines below when making and attending an appointment:
Booking an Appointment
To arrange an appointment for your pet to be seen at the clinic, please telephone our reception team on 020 8368 9798 or use our convenient online booking system.
Arrival for your appointment
We politely ask pet owners to wait outside the practice premises until invited by one of our team to enter the clinic. We ask that only one person comes into the clinic, with each pet: this is to limit the number of people in the clinic at any one time and to ensure the safety of pet owners and our team.
If you are self-isolating or experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19
Please DO NOT visit the practice – but phone the clinic on 020 8368 9798 and let us know if someone else you know who is not self-isolating is able to safely bring your pet to the clinic on your behalf. If this is not possible, then the reception team would be happy to book a telephone or video consultation with you for your pet with one of our vets.
We appreciate and thank everyone for their co-operation and consideration which enables us to continue to maintain our high level of veterinary care for owners and their pets.
