Repeat medication request

All requests for repeat medication are reviewed by one of our vets and an appointment may be required before further medicines can be provided.

When we receive your repeat medication request, we shall contact you and let you know if you need an appointment, or when your medicines will be ready for you to collect from the practice.

Please note that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required before the medicines are available for your collection. If your need for repeat medication is urgent, please call us directly on 020 8368 9798.

Our standard Consultation Fee will apply when your pet needs to be re-examined for a repeat prescription.

For Pet Health Club members – your repeat parasite medications will be sent to you automatically every 3 months and there is no need to order them.
